What this tool does
The Images to PDF tool turns any set of images into a single PDF document, with one image per page. This is the standard way to submit photo evidence for insurance, scan pages of a book with a phone camera, or combine handwritten notes into one file to send to a colleague.
Everything is generated in your browser using the open-source jsPDF library. The image data never leaves your device.
How to build a PDF
- Click Add images and select one or more image files.
- Choose a page size: A4, Letter, or "Fit image to page" (which makes each page exactly as big as the image).
- Choose orientation: Automatic (landscape for wide images, portrait for tall), or force one.
- Press Create PDF and the file is downloaded automatically.
A4 vs Letter vs fit-to-page
A4 (210 × 297 mm) is the standard paper size in most of the world, including India, the UK and the EU. Letter (8.5 × 11 in) is the standard in the US, Canada and Mexico. If you don't know which one the recipient needs, A4 is usually the safer choice. "Fit image to page" makes each page exactly the same size as the image, which is useful when you are combining screenshots and don't want white borders.
Image quality
Images are embedded in the PDF as JPEG at 94% quality, which keeps the file size reasonable while preserving visual quality. Very large images (e.g. 6000 × 4000 camera photos) are scaled down to fit within the chosen page size, so 10–20 images per PDF is comfortable. If you need to shrink the images first, use the Image Compressor before adding them here.
Common questions
Can I reorder images after adding them? The order is the order you added them. If you need a specific order, add them one batch at a time in that order.
Is the PDF editable afterwards? No — this tool creates a finished PDF. To edit the PDF, use a full PDF editor.
Are my images uploaded? No. Everything is processed in your browser.
